If anyone does need support over the Christmas period then lodging a support ticket is still the best way to go. We have our cloud care team checking tickets throughout the Christmas break.

If you require anything urgent during this time, we have set up a dedicated support phone, mobile number 0483 885 193 and support is available 24/7. If your support request is for anything peripheral to our core service then support charges will apply. For example: if your server is not accessible or it is not performing to our usual high standard then your support is free. If however, you want us to run a software update on Christmas day or connect a new printer you will be charged for support at the normal rate of $25 for 10 minutes.
