We are performing scheduled maintenance to our hardware and remote gateway on Saturday 12th December between 9am to 3pm.
We understand that there is never going to be a time that is suitable for everyone however we have chosen Saturday to minimise interruption to you workflow.
Maintaining our hardware is critical to ensuring you servers continue running at optimal performance levels with the tightest security measures in place.
You will be able to log back in after 3pm as normal. As a courtesy you will be notified by email once our technicians have completed the required work. You do not need to wait for the email to attempt logging in.
