integratedPRIVATE is undergoing a routine audit by Microsoft to ensure that our Server and Microsoft Office licensing is being reported correctly. This process has identified some errors in the monthly fees for some . For the vast majority there will be no change. For some clients there will be a change to the product or service name shown on your invoice and no change to the amount payable. In a small number of cases there will be either decrease or slight increase in your monthly fees to correctly reflect server inclusions.
In most cases it's a minor change such as adding or removing a user from your billing to match the active RDP users reported by Microsoft's auditing software .
Some of our earliest clients, until now have not been charged for the layered 'Back Up Service'. Every client on our system has this level of back up service as a minimum compliance requirement. This service includes the twice daily snapshots of your data and regular full server back ups, as well as full data centre level back ups. Updated compliance requirements for Private Cloud Servers means this needs to be included as a service in your monthly fee invoice moving forward. We have kept the cost of this service to a minimal $50+GST per month.
