The ATO has confirmed that there will be no extensions on the shut down of AUSkey lodegments. All clients will need to have the MyGov logements process completed, including the Machine Credentials set up by Friday 27th March to lodge after this date.
There is a step by step process in our knowledge base to assist you complete the process. If you still require help then please refer to the email booking request sent to you or lodge a ticket through the client portal. We are capping the support charges at 15 minutes per user ($37.50) for these requests.
