Yesterday afternoon some clients experienced intermittent interruptions to their internet within their server. This had no impact on connecting to your server or the use of your practice management software, however those affected would have been unable to access websites such as the ATO from within the cloud. The sending and receiving of emails in outlook would also have been affected during this time.
Our team was in the Data Centre within an hour of the monitoring system alert and there was full resolution by 7pm last night.
Whilst we have communicated directly with any clients who created support tickets, if you were affected and did not create a support ticket it’s equally as important to know that integratedPRIVATE acted immediately and that we apologise for any frustration this caused to our clients.
