Lodging a support ticket is a simple process and ensures that your issue can be looked at quickly by our Cloud Support team out side of business hours. The support ticketing system also tracks requests and means all support staff will be aware of any issues needing attention.
Accessing the 'Support Ticketing System' :
- Open an internet browser (ie. Chrome /Firefox or Internet Explorer) and go to the website http://admin.integratedprivate.com.au/customer
- Select ‘Secure Client Login’
- Type your email address and password into the appropriate fields
- Select “Open New Ticket”
- Scroll down and select the link “Support”
- When you have entered enough information to help our Cloud Support Team analyse the problem you face, select “Submit”.
