After a security update to our ‘Remote Gateway’ we are facing intermittent issues with our Network Gateway, specifically to Remote Desktop Gateway server 2012. The issue is interrupting the SSL Connection to the gateway server causing the ‘Network Load Balancer’ to force a reboot of all connections.  For some users this will have been an issue for the past two weeks.

As an immediate resolution we have added two additional Network Load Balanced Windows Gateway 2016 servers over the weekend.  We advise that all Client Operating systems (Local Machines), particularly Windows 7 and Windows 8/ 8.1 must have the most recent Windows updates installed. 

We apologies for this inconvenience and we are working with our technical team to continue monitoring performance of the gateway.
