Dear Clients,
Unfortunately many of our clients have today been affected by a nationwide Telstra outage. This outage caused a lack of connectivity to our Data Centre in Brisbane.
This issue was completely out of our control.
We received a huge number of phone calls and were not able to attend them all. This only added to the frustration for many clients who were unable to make contact with us. We would like to apologise to those who could not reach us on the phone. We have attempted to call every effected client to let them know they should now be able to connect normally.
