We ran the major Handisoft Update 3.0 across all servers over the Easter long weekend to avoid client downtime. This Major update was run with no support charges being applied. We then ran the Handitax 3.01 update with the capped support charge of 10 minutes as per our commitment to keeping client support charges as low as possible.
Yesterday at 1.50pm, Handisoft released an additional update for Document Manager users. We will run this updates as quickly as possible and with minimal interruption to workflow and again cap the support cost at 10 minutes.
For those of you who have required both Handitax 3.01 and Doc Manager 3.01 we will reduce your invoiced support cost to 15minutes in total.
For clients with pre paid support time or alternative agreements, no invoices will be issued.
Any clients who urgently need this latest update run should contact us and schedule a time during which they are happy to log out of all Handisoft modules.
