ANNUAL CLOSURE AND SYSTEMS AVAILABILITY

 

 

Our Brisbane office will close over Christmas from midday 23rd December 2016 and reopen on

10th January 2017.

 

In order for us to continue upgrading our system, t here will be a short period when the servers will be unavailable during the festive season while we work on them.

THE SERVERS WILL BE OFFLINE FROM

8AM 28TH DECEMBER UNTIL MIDNIGHT 29TH DECEMBER

 

The Exchange server will also be taken offline during this time but only for a period of approximately 2 hours well out of normal business hours.   Anyone sending you an email during this 2-hour period will receive a bounce back notification to let them know the email destination was unavailable.  No emails sent outside of this period will be affected by the works being done on the cloud servers.

 

We hope you will all be enjoying time with your friends and family over the Christmas period, however for those who are working through, we will be continuing to monitor the systems and should you require support, please submit a ticket via our Client Portal admin.integratedprivate.com.au/customer  and we will attend to it as quickly as possible.   Alternatively, you can email helpdesk@integratedprivate.com.au  or phone (07) 3188 4550 and leave a message if the phone is unattended.
