During this particularly busy period, we are inundated with Software updates, user requests and Tickets and we may need to restart Cloud Platforms during this process. Some software is more likely to do this during install , for example MYOB and .net updatres. In most cases we will attend to this out of hours and after 9.00pm. If you are temporarily disconnected after this time, you will likely  find that the Cloud Platform has been restored with new software or updates. Thanks for your patience.
